Haroon Siddique, MD
Haroon Siddique, MD is a double board-certified (ABPN, ABPM) Psychiatrist with 20+ years of extensive experience in treating common Psychiatric conditions including Depression, PTSD, Dementia, ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar and Complex Substance Use Disorders.
Dr. Siddique completed his Residency Training in General Psychiatry at University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He served as Chief Resident of the outpatient clinics during his residency training. After completion of General Psychiatry residency, Dr. Siddique completed Fellowship training in Geriatric Psychiatry at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.
In 2008, Dr Siddique started his private practice. He currently serves as the medical director of behavioral health services at Wise Regional health System.

He also currently serves as member of Medical Executive Committee and is elected Vice Chief of Staff at Wise Regional Health System. During his free time, Dr Siddique enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
Treatment of mental illness is two-fold – therapy and medication,” Siddique said. “One of the two never works; typically it’s the combination that works. That’s what we offer in our outpatient program. Same with the inpatient therapy. It’s not easy, it’s difficult. But it’s the way to get better when they get intense therapy along with the medication.
Florence Nwokoye, APRN, DNP, PMNP-C
Florence is patient driven and family centered. Compassionate care is the bases for her treatment plans that include psychotherapy and medication management for the best outcome for the patient. Florence Nwokoye is a licensed board certified advanced registered nurse practitioner (APRN ). She holds a doctoral degree in nursing practice (DNP) and board certification in psychiatry (PMHNP-BC). She received her DNP and MSN in Psychiatric Mental Healthcare from University of South Alabama. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly. Florence works with numerous mental health needs such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), bipolar, insomnia, and schizophrenia.
Florence is committed to providing quality personalized care through building therapeutic relationships with clients from a holistic approach, promoting a healthy mind, body, and spirit connection. Florence is patient driven, family centered, and compassionate care is the bases for her treatment plans that include psychotherapy and medication management for the best outcome for the patient.
During her free time, Florence likes to cook, dance, and meditate.
Shanique McKittrick, APRN, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Shanique McKittrick is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and practices in collaboration with the physician to assess, diagnose, and treat psychiatric disorders. She graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health from West Coast University and has 8 years of experience as a Registered Nurse before she pursued her advanced degree in psychiatry. As a PMHNP, her goal is to provide compassionate care and help improve the mental health and overall well-being of all her patients. In her spare time, Shanique loves to spend time with her family, friends, and her dog. She enjoys going on long walks/hikes, running outside, traveling, and baking yummy desserts.
Jessica Szatko, APRN, MSN, PMHNP-C
Jessica is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a strong foundation in both labor and delivery and mental health care. Her journey began in the fast-paced environment of labor and delivery, where she cultivated her passion for compassionate, patient-centered care. This passion led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Mental Health Nursing at West Coast University.
Outside of her professional life, Jessica cherishes spending quality time with her two sons. Their adventures together are a source of joy and provide the balance that fuels her dedication to promoting mental and emotional well-being.
With a focus on fostering mental health and delivering empathetic, supportive care, she looks forward to collaborating with others on their wellness journey.
Tamara Jarrous, PMHNP-BC, ACNS-BC
Tamara Jarrous is a dedicated and highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-BC (PMHNP-BC) and Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Health (ACNS-BC) currently practicing at AccessTelecare. In her role, Tamara specializes in diagnosing and treating psychiatric illnesses, prescribing medications, and providing supportive psychotherapy, all while championing the growth of the practice through innovative telemedicine collaborations.
Tamara began her journey in nursing with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Nassau Community College in Garden City, NY in 1994. Over the years, she has earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master's of Nursing Education, and a Post-Masters Certification in Adult Clinical Nurse Specialist from Angelo State University, as well as a Post-Masters Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University in 2023. Her extensive education and commitment to professional growth have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and educational aspects of nursing.
Prior to her current position, Tamara has developed a robust portfolio of experience in various healthcare settings. She worked with Top of Texas Psychiatry in Amarillo, TX, where she played a pivotal role in diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders alongside supervising physician Dr. James Avery Rush.
Certified by the ANCC both as an ACNS-BC and PMHNP-BC, Tamara stays current with the latest advancements in her field. Her proactive approach to patient care has seen numerous individuals thrive both emotionally and physically under her guidance.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Tamara is an active member of the Texas Nurses Association, the American Nursing Association, the National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists, and Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurses of North Texas. When she is not caring for her patients, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new wellness practices, and contributing to community health initiatives.
